What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
Our minimum order quantity is strictly 30 pieces per style/colorway. You may split sizes (e.g. S, M, L, XL, XXL) within the 30-piece batch to test market demand with minimal financial exposure.
How long does physical sample development take? +
Standard sampling turnaround is 7 business days from final tech pack and artwork approval. Samples are dispatched via DHL Express / FedEx Priority, arriving in North America or Western Europe within 3-5 business days.
Can the sample development fee be refunded? +
Yes, 100%. Sample development fees are fully credited towards your invoice once you place a bulk order of 200 pieces or more.
What are your mass production bulk lead times? +
Starter batches (30–100 pieces) require 20–25 calendar days. Full collection runs (200–500+ pieces) require 25–35 calendar days depending on wash complexity and printing techniques.
Do you perform needle detection on all garments? +
Yes. 100% of finished garments pass through our industrial conveyor electromagnetic needle detector before packaging. This eliminates broken needle fragments and satisfies rigorous safety standards for US and EU consumer imports.
How do you protect our original brand designs and artwork? +
We operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Your CAD files, measurements, and graphics remain your exclusive proprietary property. We never display custom client production runs on public marketplaces without written authorization.
What payment methods and order protections are supported? +
